What do we expect from the Portfolio Projects Intern? Are you currently enrolled in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, starting from the 5th semester? Do you have an analytical profile, are you organized and process-oriented? Are you comfortable handling and organizing information daily? Do you possess basic proficiency in the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Drive)? Are you interested in performance indicators such as KPIs and OKRs, and eager to learn more about governance and initiative prioritization? Can you communicate effectively across all hierarchical levels, both corporate and operational? Then it’s your time to join the Amarante team! What challenge will you face here? The primary challenge will be supporting the intake of operational demands from developments, contributing to the organization and systematization of requests, assisting in monitoring the portfolio lifecycle, and collaborating in project control after validation — ensuring organization, visibility, and decision-making support. What are the routine responsibilities of the Portfolio Projects Intern? * Support structuring and organizing the department’s project portfolio; * Assist in creating and updating scope statement documents for initiatives; * Support prioritization rituals and project governance routines; * Support internal team communication by organizing information for leadership; * Assist in tracking OKRs and KPIs, as well as preparing reports and presentations; * Support information management and the creation and updating of dashboards in Power BI.
