We are looking for someone who acts as a bridge between business and technology, with autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to strategically organize information. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Conduct requirements elicitation with stakeholders (clients, users, and internal departments) through meetings, interviews, and analyses. * Identify business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements. * Understand, analyze, and document business rules (e.g., registration, billing, collections, metering, revenue collection, etc.). * Develop detailed, structured, and unambiguous specifications. * Create and maintain product documentation (use cases, workflows, prototypes). * Define acceptance criteria jointly with the client and support validation and user acceptance testing phases. * Validate requirements and solutions with stakeholders prior to development, ensuring alignment and reducing rework. * Participate in meetings with technical leadership and Scrum Master for demand guidance and validation. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of technologies. * Experience using tools such as Figma. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Expected Behaviors** * Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture. * Commitment to continuous improvement: learn, refactor, evolve. * Adherence to established processes, best practices, and technical criteria. * Learning from mistakes and making rapid adjustments. * Strict adherence to deadlines and commitments. * Clear, objective, and transparent communication. * Treating everyone with respect, fairness, and empathy. **Desirable Requirements** * + Experience in the sanitation or utilities sector. * + Knowledge of the GSAN system. * + Experience with prototyping (Figma). * + Knowledge of UML (use cases, activity diagrams, class diagrams). * + Experience with acceptance and user acceptance testing. * + Experience with public contracts or government agencies. * + Knowledge of software metrics (Function Points, APUC). * + Experience with BI or managerial reporting. **About RAS** ?
