Candidates must be comfortable interacting with the public, prioritizing comfort, quality, convenience, safety, and courtesy in services provided to customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas according to company or institutional standards. * **Organization**: Maintain organization of materials, equipment, and inventory, ensuring accessibility and proper condition. * **Facility Care**: Maintain the good condition of physical facilities, identifying and reporting repair or improvement needs. **Requirements:** Proactivity and ability to work in a team; Relevant experience; Easy access to the South Zone; Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Additional Information:** Transportation allowance On-site meals And other benefits. **(This position is open to candidates aged 50\+)** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.617,59 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Transportation allowance
