The professional will assist with operational e-commerce activities, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer support via chat, email, and social media. * Support throughout the online sales process: answering product-related questions, * Order tracking and providing order information to customers. * Coordination with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with WhatsApp platform. * Completed high school education (pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields is a plus).
