Actively contributes to loss reduction and inventory standardization **About the position** We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to work directly in True Market operations, with a focus on **organization, inventory control, and loss reduction**. This role is essential to ensure efficient store replenishment and reliability of the company's logistics processes. **Main responsibilities** * Receiving and rigorous inspection of goods (quantity and quality) * Accurate entry of invoices and products into the system * Organization and control of warehouse inventory (DC) * Preparation of picklists with attention to item accuracy * Order picking and preparation for replenishment * Support in logistics for store replenishment * Conducting periodic inventories and identifying discrepancies * Active involvement in loss reduction (discrepancies, damages, expiration dates) * Inventory and store organization and standardization * Support to procurement and replenishment departments * Participation in the rollout of new units * Logistics support to franchisees **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory) * Availability to travel between stores **Preferred qualifications** * Class A driver's license * Experience in inventory, logistics, or inventory management * Experience in retail or operations involving product control **Desired profile** * High level of organization and attention to detail * Sense of responsibility and reliability * Analytical mindset to identify errors and discrepancies * Proactivity and ownership mentality * Ability to learn quickly * Discipline in following processes * Teamwork skills **Important note** This role requires direct responsibility for product and process control. We seek a committed, reliable candidate with strong attention to detail.
