Assistance in controlling supplies and complying with safety regulations **Main Responsibilities:** * Assisting in food preparation (main dishes, snacks, and savory items). * Sanitation and pre\-preparation of ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing). * Supporting the handling of meats, vegetables, and legumes. * Restocking and replenishing food in self\-service buffet stations. * Cleaning and organizing the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. * Sanitizing floors, countertops, machinery, and work areas. * Monitoring and replenishing materials and supplies. * Organizing inventory and cleaning supplies. * Complying with hygiene, food safety, and equipment usage regulations. * Performing periodic deep cleaning (weekly). * Supporting general area activities as directed by leadership.
