Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the on-site Facilities leadership presence, ensuring environmental quality across our schools and performing duties in direct partnership with the Facilities Supervisor; * Directly responsible for General Services Assistants, Maintenance Technicians, and other internal operational staff, while also supporting on-site oversight of outsourced teams and management of the cafeteria; * Serve as a key figure in daily task assignment, schedule and team productivity monitoring, as well as management of procurement and usage of supplies and materials; * Manage workforce — including cleaning, security, maintenance teams, and outsourced service contracts — and consumables management, covering all supplies and materials used by Facilities at the unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed (preferred); * Technical knowledge in managing cleaning, hygiene, security, and building maintenance routines (preferred); * Experience managing outsourced service workforce; * Proficiency in RM TOTVS, Excel, PowerPoint, ability to develop management reports, and experience using Facilities management apps; Prior experience in this role will be considered a plus. * **Work Model:** * On-site at: Av.
