InterMoor is currently seeking to add an experienced Engineer to its full-time, permanent team in Macaé. Responsibilities - Manage maintenance plans for towing systems using application/software to be provided by the client (PETROBRAS) - Plan, schedule, and control offshore services performed at marine facilities - Ensure execution of scheduled services throughout the contract duration, providing assistance to offshore work fronts as required - Operate systems using application/software to be provided by the client - Coordinate service requests and schedules with clients - Manage materials for towing systems—including traceability, monitoring, and updating client material and equipment inventory via application/software to be provided by the client - Provide technical support for maintenance and inspection activities, and develop/review procedures and reports - Respond to client technical queries and other related requests - Manage maintenance plans for towing systems and anchoring system handling materials—including planning, scheduling, and controlling work orders - Provide technical support to operations, liaise with the client on service logistics alignment, manage applied materials, and handle documentation generated during services (procedures, reports, etc.) - Review reports prepared by project personnel and revise programs and action plans as necessary - Ensure all operation-related risks are identified and maintained at an acceptable level in accordance with HSE policy, integrity standards, and relevant reference documents Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Materials, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field, with active CREA registration - Residency in Macaé or surrounding region - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/R3 - Experience as a contractual representative under PETROBRAS contracts - For offshore operations planning and control activities: oMinimum documented experience of 36 months in offshore activities oMinimum documented experience of 24 months in planning maintenance operations on Offshore Units oTechnical knowledge of materials used in towing systems and anchoring system handling materials oMinimum documented experience of 24 months in technical support for maintenance operations - For materials control and management activities: oTechnical knowledge of materials used in towing systems and anchoring system handling materials oMinimum documented experience of 24 months in material failure analysis oKnowledge of SAP/R3 MM and PM modules - For maintenance plan management activities: oKnowledge of SAP/R3 PM module tools for creating and updating maintenance plans oProven experience in supporting the creation, execution, and closure of maintenance orders oKnowledge of SAP/R3 PM module tools for creating and updating maintenance plans, creating and updating equipment/material trees for towing systems, and registering failure modes - For inspection support activities: oMinimum documented experience of 24 months analyzing inspection reports for typical towing system materials and anchoring system handling materials (mooring lines, steel and synthetic fiber ropes, and connection accessories) oKnowledge of applicable inspection standards and best practices for towing system materials and anchoring system handling materials, including NBRs and API recommended practices Location Macae Work Country Brazil
