Ensure logistics activities align with the company's required standards of quality, agility, and safety. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):** * Solid knowledge of inventory and dispatch management, preferably in the automotive parts sector; * Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems (warehouse management and material handling); * Inventory techniques, ABC analysis, storage methods, load routing, and loss control; * Ability to analyze logistics KPIs and operational reports. **Education and Experience:** * Completed high school education (technical or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Proven experience coordinating inventory and dispatch operations in high-turnover environments, such as automotive parts distributors or similar. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage routine operations for receiving, storing, picking, verifying, and dispatching automotive parts; * Ensure organization and optimization of warehouse and dispatch area layouts, considering part turnover, volume, and type; * Ensure adherence to dispatch deadlines, prioritizing urgent orders and those with higher strategic value; * Supervise and ensure physical and system inventory accuracy, conducting periodic inventories and necessary adjustments; * Control losses, damages, exchanges, and returns, proactively preventing operational failures; * Integrate inventory and dispatch activities with sales, procurement, billing, and transportation departments to ensure operational fluidity; * Develop and monitor departmental performance indicators (e.g., accuracy, picking time, on-time deliveries, discrepancies, etc.); * Train and develop operational staff, ensuring process standardization and application of logistics best practices; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations for handling parts and moving loads. * Present, discuss, and propose process improvements to enhance departmental KPIs.
