Direct management of machine operators and logistical coordination. **MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE PLANNING ANALYST** ### **Position Summary:** We seek a proactive and highly organized professional to assume full responsibility for the company’s fleet of machines and tools. You will be the "owner" of these assets, ensuring no equipment remains idle due to poor planning and that operational costs are consistently optimized. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **Asset Management:** Full control over the inventory of tools and machinery (owned and leased). * **Maintenance Planning:** Develop and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize equipment service life. * **Third-Party Management:** Hiring, negotiation, and oversight of external workshops and service providers. * **Procurement and Cost Control:** Obtain quotations for spare parts, consumables, and new equipment. Manage the department’s budget to prevent waste. * **Leasing Management:** Identify requirements, obtain quotations, contract, and manage logistics for rented machinery. * **Team Leadership:** Direct management of machine operators, ensuring proper usage, equipment care, and operational safety. * **Construction Site Logistics:** Coordinate equipment mobilization and demobilization across various construction sites. ### **Qualifications:** * **Essential Construction Experience:** Practical experience with heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators, etc.), power tools, and civil construction equipment. * **Analytical Profile:** Analytical capability to interpret costs and generate performance reports. * **Negotiation Skills:** Experience dealing with suppliers and equipment leasing companies. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems to validate maintenance budgets. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or Logistics. * **Owner Mentality:** Treat company assets as if they were your own. * **Agility:** Rapidly resolve issues with stalled machinery to avoid delaying construction schedules. * **Rigorous Organization:** Maintain spreadsheets and inventories up to date.
