Job Summary: A maintenance professional will perform execution, inspection support, and planning activities, with a focus on diagnosis and repair of industrial equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Performing maintenance activities and supporting selective inspections 2. Participating in failure analysis and mechanical diagnostics 3. Proficiency in Metrology and interpretation of Technical Drawings Responsibilities and Duties: Perform maintenance execution activities; Support mechanical selective inspections for wear control of industrial equipment; Perform disassembly, assembly, adjustment, alignment, and leveling of equipment; Interpret manuals and technical drawings; Participate in failure analysis and mechanical problem diagnostics; Support planning of routine activities and major shutdowns; Report all technical information related to maintenance execution activities; Qualification to operate and maintain lathes, milling machines, radial drills, saws, and machine tools in general; Proficiency in Metrology (use of calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators) and interpretation of Technical Drawings; Knowledge of integrated Electrical and Hydraulic systems Requirements and Qualifications: Completed Technical Education in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering; Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
