Proficiency in Spanish and preferably English. **Description:** ---------------- **About the Role:** The Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for receiving and guiding guests and ensuring they enjoy a pleasant stay. This role is fundamental in the hospitality industry, as it forms the first and last impression guests have of the hotel. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for check-in/check-out registration, arrival/departure reports, and incident logging; * Prepare arrivals for the following day and anticipate upcoming arrivals; * Handle room billing; maintain an organized and well-stocked department; * Answer phone calls; maintain communication with other departments; * Greet guests with warm and sincere welcomes; * Deliver an unforgettable guest experience; * Serve as a complaint recipient, providing solutions through active listening and empathy; * Stay updated on hotel services to accurately answer guest inquiries; * **Promote sales of room upgrades, decorations, spa services, romantic dinners, and other hotel offerings**; * Manage/monitor room change requests as needed; * Maintain communication with the supervisor regarding departmental needs. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields (completed or in progress) preferred; * Experience in front desk operations; * Strong sales orientation; * Intermediate/advanced Spanish proficiency; * English proficiency — intermediate (a plus); * Customer service and/or sales training; * Willingness to reside in the staff housing compound — rotating 6x1 schedule. **Benefits:** * Attractive commission on sales * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Pharmacy card * Chartered bus service * Transportation allowance * Meals at the Staff Restaurant * Staff housing compound\* * Meal allowance\* * Birthday day off * Programs focused on employee appreciation and mental health
