Monitor and ensure appropriate inventory replenishment, avoiding excess stock and stockouts, while tracking delivery timelines and responding to emergency demands. Analyze inventory turnover, coverage, and obsolescence KPIs to support strategic decisions regarding replenishment and cost control. Develop new suppliers and equivalent part alternatives offering better cost\-benefit ratios, maintaining active relationships with representatives and distributors. Manage invoices and discrepancies, supporting finance and accounting departments with cost and timeline information. Align consumption forecasts and demand requirements with warehouse, workshop, and after-sales departments, ensuring compliance with dealership and OEM procurement policies.
