**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Receive all materials arriving via domestic carriers and verify that the number of packages matches documentation, enabling prompt unloading based on volume accuracy and/or decision-making regarding quantity discrepancies.
* Perform safe loading and unloading of materials onto transport vehicles, aiming for zero accidents or incidents during operations.
* Verify received items after unloading clearance, using the invoice as reference; compare information, identify non-conformities, record findings, notify the originating warehouse of discrepancies, and ensure resolution.
* Store items in inventory according to system-indicated locations, organizing them for easy identification.
* Pick items requested by customers using the approved withdrawal document, verify correct items and quantities, deliver them to the requester, and obtain and record their signature.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Familiarity with shipping, inventory, receiving, and warehousing procedures;
* Experience in warehouse routines;
* Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is mandatory;
* Forklift operator certification is required;
* Customer service experience.
