All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and lead the mining planning and surveying team, providing technical guidance and support for activity execution. * Coordinate and manage geological adherence data and mining plans, aiming to optimize adherence indicators and compliance. * Coordinate production closing and monthly reconciliations, interfacing with PCP and Controlling departments. * Coordinate mine sequencing activities. * Participate in the budget cycle and strategic planning, defining assumptions and key performance indicators. * Interface with related areas such as: Mine Operations, Mineral Processing, Mine Infrastructure, Geotechnics, SSMA, etc. * Conduct benchmarking and propose actions for continuous improvement of mining planning and surveying processes and indicators. * Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, environmental, and safety risks associated with mine operations during mine plan development. * Analyze mining results, identify improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions to optimize efficiency and productivity. * Ensure compliance with cost and investment budgets, promoting optimal resource utilization. * Guarantee compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as internal company policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering * Postgraduate degree in Mining Planning/Management * Experience managing teams; experience in short- and medium-term mining planning; desirable experience in Mine Operations. * Experience managing teams. * Proficiency in applicable software (Deswik, Datmine, Aegis) * Strong communication skills, people leadership, and ability to coordinate with operational areas. * Hands-on profile with critical thinking and focus on practical field solutions; * Active registration with CREA. **Additional Information** * Medical and Dental Assistance Plan; * Group Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Pharmacy Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Chartered Transportation; * Wellhub; * Eyeglasses Allowance; * English Language Allowance; * Educational Allowance. #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We are part of a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
