Support the performance of procedures, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and patient preparation, ensuring comfort, safety, and humanized care. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide direct patient care; Strictly adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards; Observe and report changes in clinical status; Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; Maintain nursing documentation; Ensure organization of the environment, supplies, and equipment, contributing to care quality and continuity. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Nursing Technician program, with active registration at the Regional Nursing Council (COREN). Knowledge of nursing procedures and techniques. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in oncology or high-complexity care.
