Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, adhering to clinical protocols to ensure safety, quality, and humanization in patient care. **Responsibilities and Duties** Deliver specialized nursing care to oncology and highly complex patients; Administer medications and therapies per prescriptions and protocols; Monitor clinical conditions and identify complications; Educate patients and their families regarding care and treatment; Document and track nursing progress; Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality, and humanized care. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN). Knowledge of patient care practices. Experience in oncology or high-complexity care.
