Work Location**: Arapiraca \- AL** **Responsibilities and Duties** Collect and update customer registration data in the field using either the internal system or service orders (SO), ensuring accurate delivery of correspondence and addressing customer inquiries; Collect outstanding payments from active accounts, providing appropriate guidance to customers and supporting business continuity; Standardize connections and installations, remove water meters from residential connections, perform tape-cutting (notification of water supply interruption), cut risers, reconnect risers, and install new connections, all in accordance with service orders; Conduct meter reading reviews (review of account/meter readings), ensuring accuracy of information and numbers; Drive company vehicles (car/motorcycle) when required for external services, reporting any incidents and adhering to traffic safety regulations; Comply with internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety. **Availability to work on Saturdays, if necessary.** **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Basic knowledge of hydraulics; **Driver's license category AB required.** At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture.
