Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in various maintenance areas, including hydraulic systems, masonry, painting, carpentry, and metalwork, performing repairs and general services. Performing general services and transportation Responsible for assisting in the execution of activities across various maintenance fields: hydraulic systems, masonry, painting, carpentry/cabinetmaking, and metalwork. Assist in maintaining electronic and manual faucets and soap dispensers; unclog toilets, floor drains, and pipelines; read utility meters (water and gas); supervise minor masonry, concrete, and other civil construction material repairs; perform painting tasks and surface finishing (interior and exterior); supervise repairs of wooden furniture and utensils, install hardware such as hinges, handles, and other components on assembled furniture; assemble and disassemble scaffolding, roofing, and partitions; adjust and replace latches, locks, and hardware accessories for metal doors and windows (hardware); perform general service tasks (transportation in general, installation).
