Join our family! **FORKLIFT OPERATOR** ---------------------------- ### **Job Description** Work as a Forklift Operator, responsible for moving, organizing, storing, and restocking goods using a forklift, ensuring operational safety, aisle organization, pallet arrangement, and overhead storage area management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------- * Verify that the forklift battery is fully charged; * Inspect the forklift for any defects; * Navigate store aisles to identify pallets requiring stacking or storage, keeping aisles clear to facilitate optimal customer circulation; * Remain available to restockers to lift and lower goods for shelf restocking; * Remain available to the RM (Receiving Manager) to assist in unloading heavy pallets; * Clear space in the overhead storage area when full, creating open areas to store incoming products from the RM; * Assist in organizing and cleaning store aisles; * Assist in organizing the overhead storage area; * Assist in organizing pallets within the overhead storage area; * Monitor compliance with internal regulations regarding safety, environmental standards, and operational procedures, and perform other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor; * Punch out daily at the end of your shift to record your departure from work in the system. **WHAT WE REQUIRE** -------------------- * Completed high school education; * Forklift Operator certification; * Valid driver's license, Category B; * Minimum six months of verifiable experience operating electric forklifts.
