Join our family! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Coordinate the team, train new employees on their duties, manage overtime banks, absences, and medical certificates, and periodically submit related information to the HR department to monitor and track departmental absenteeism and evaluate individual team member performance; * Analyze performance reports and indicators, attend results meetings and inventory sessions; * Ensure equipment organization, preservation, and functionality; * Control product outbound logistics from the warehouse, including disposals, returns, or transfers; donations and transfers must only be performed upon proper documentation; * Inspect warehouse equipment, materials, and machinery — such as hydraulic pallet jacks, loading/unloading carts, electric forklifts, pallets, and scales (properly calibrated and cleaned) — and forward them for maintenance whenever necessary; * Verify product quality upon storage, especially for perishable items, ensuring hygiene, appearance, color, odor, and texture; * Identify process improvements together with the team and present them to the supervisor; * Guide the team in adherence to departmental controls; * Assist immediate leadership in preparing the department’s purchase requisition; * Conduct inventory evaluation and general product turnover analysis; * Receive goods according to the schedule set by the store manager; * Verify whether packaging complies with the company’s established quality standards and manufacturer requirements, reporting any discrepancies identified upon receipt to the billing department; * Ensure appropriate quality standards during receipt of perishable products — such as leafy greens, frozen, and refrigerated items — directing them to storage as quickly as possible to prevent deterioration; * Appropriately route product outbound logistics via receiving docks — including disposals, returns, or transfers — and perform donations or transfers only upon proper documentation; * Notify the billing department of any shipment discrepancies, specifying the type of discrepancy (damage, shortage, unfit-for-consumption items, or swapped items), and provide data regarding returned products; * Route verified products after receipt either to the warehouse or to the sales area. **WHAT WE NEED:** * Completed high school education; * Retail industry experience; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Sanitary Surveillance norms and procedures; * Microsoft Office suite and Consinco.
