Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for installing, configuring, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on network and telephony equipment, providing technical support and preparing documentation. Technical support to internal users. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** SHIFT AVAILABILITY **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Install and configure communication network equipment (routers, switches, modems, access points) and telephony systems (IP, analog). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network and telephony equipment and infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving faults. * Work with structured cabling (UTP, fiber optic), including splicing, termination, and certification of cables. * Test systems and equipment using specialized tools to ensure communication quality and efficiency. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation for projects, network diagrams, and service records. * Provide technical support to internal users, resolving connectivity and equipment operation issues.
