Job Summary: Perform installation and maintenance services for telephone lines, broadband, and IPTV (Optical Fiber), ensuring proper operation and adherence to quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Detecting network anomalies and proposing technical solutions EXPERIENCE, OWN CAR, AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED! Perform installation and maintenance services for telephone lines, broadband, and IPTV (Optical Fiber), maintaining\-them in good working condition, complying with standard quality procedures and scheduled deadlines. Contact the CL to report service completion or issues preventing execution; Contact the customer in cases of recurring defects; Conduct final testing to conclude maintenance work; Close the service order with the CL, IVR, or PDA; Detect anomalies in the telephone network, identifying defective cabinets, broken poles, severed, corroded, or stolen cables; Evaluate alternatives for routing and securing coaxial cable, fiber, or network cable to the location designated by the customer.
