Work location: Itatiaia/RJ**Requirements** -------------- Knowledge of Asset Security and Loss Prevention required; familiarity with CCTV systems and security alarm systems; bachelor’s degree (preferably in Private Security Management) or currently pursuing one; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and personal vehicle.**Responsibilities** --------------------- Responsibilities DIMENSION: MANAGEMENT Responsible for managing the security team and safeguarding assets, ensuring a pleasant and motivating work environment for site employees. Develop specific operational/quality security policies and procedures; oversee and direct third-party/service provider programs; plan and monitor implementation of work plans and programs across business units; manage financial resources allocated to loss prevention within business units; maintain liaison with public authorities relevant to business units; participate in cross-departmental meetings as technical advisor and opinion leader; prepare the site for internal and/or external customer audits; ensure a safe and motivating environment for work teams and visitors; participate in onboarding of new customers; support Operations in alignment with DHL Brazil Corporate Security concepts; develop security projects adhering to DPDHL standards for new business initiatives; conduct security audits and risk assessments across Operations, aligned with Loss Prevention / Loss Control principles; support departmental management and leadership in defining the operational structure of asset security; participate in all operational changes affecting business units; supervise compliance with the contract of the third-party asset security provider; organize the asset security group (both outsourced and in-house), including guard training, operational coordination, and integrated communication with other departments, among others; ensure full compliance with all institutional security procedures and security plans; motivate the team under coordination while maintaining group cohesion; guide development of educational, behavioral, and informational campaigns on asset security; respond to inspections by public agencies related to this area; develop the institution’s physical/asset security plan; responsible for designing and delivering training for the asset security team to enhance their technical competence;
