Loosen screws and interchangeable parts of tooling. Fill flanges with plastic compound. Create templates for filling. Assemble bushings and interchangeable parts. Perform finishing on assemblies. Conduct dimensional inspection. Implement technical modifications to tooling. Create interchangeable parts and wooden accessories. Prepare wood for the manufacturing process. Nail fillings onto flanges. Cut wood on band saws. Sand parts and templates. Paint parts and templates. Finish with plastic compound.
