Coordinates with logistics providers to execute projects enhancing productivity and digitalization. Develops sustainable solutions aligned with ESG guidelines. **NEW PROGRAMS PLANNING** * Prepare Statements based on FPAs; define supply concepts; implement new parts into takt times and system structure (Besi Jit). * Review and provide assessments on PM and AEKO documents in the AVON system—including implementation of modifications. * Request PAR openings; control budgets; acquire/modify new logistics facilities—including initiating procurement processes for identified requirements. * Conduct studies to develop scenarios, layout changes, and new material flows. **PACKAGING PLANNING** * Packaging planning involves defining and developing efficient packaging logistics solutions—considering volume, model, and commercial conditions—with support from tools such as Pack Assistant and physical/virtual tryouts. Includes technical alignment with suppliers, control of traceability forms, and dashboard-based KPI monitoring. Also covers planning for imported packaging, logistics project management, improvements in production support, and cost entry into the EBON system—ensuring uninterrupted supply. **OPERATIONS PLANNING** * Responsible for planning and periodically reviewing resources required for proper logistics operations (people, equipment, space, etc.), detailed activity mapping per area (time measurement, motion analysis, cycle timing, etc.), planning and implementing new logistics processes, planning and implementing improvements to existing logistics processes, and developing/updating associated logistics process documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, process instructions, layouts, and others).
