Our commitment is to transform logistics challenges into sustainable solutions, optimizing the supply chain and guaranteeing operational excellence in the launch of new products. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Develop timing plans and statements to support the Development area in approving new programs. * Represent Logistics in Project Team meetings, Fachgruppen (FG), Aëko Runde Meeting, and Launching Meeting—as the approver of program development decisions, new engineering modifications, and decisions from other areas that may directly or indirectly impact production and strategic decisions to ensure the start of production for new programs; * Manage information and opinions in legacy systems to ensure implementation of series and pre-series programs and documents; * Coordinate weekly meetings for new programs to ensure smooth project progress, proper change management, and implementation; * Request creation of new KNRs for pre-series vehicles and manage the logistics chain to meet pre-series events—ensuring pre-series event fulfillment without incidents affecting vehicle assembly; * Participate in T\-PPA meetings to monitor demand for the new product alongside Sales and MKT, and assess potential logistics impacts; * Analyze the need for issuance and approval of deviations by Logistics. * Plan, develop/select logistics service providers and manage contracts for third-party logistics operators and purchased services (including technical visits, if necessary), through performance indicator monitoring, contractual clause compliance, and deadline adherence—to optimize direct results for the production line, reduce costs, and improve third-party performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; **Languages:** * Advanced English  **Computer Skills:** * Power BI (a plus).
