Comprehensive management of employee onboarding and offboarding processes. ***JOBS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (PCDs).*** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** · Monitor overtime by collecting time clock data, calculating the overtime amount to be paid to each employee, and entering the data into an electronic spreadsheet; · Monitor fixed funds by determining monthly expenditures, entering values into the electronic spreadsheet, reporting to the finance department, and issuing a monthly report to senior management; · Monitor travel funds by identifying expenses, requesting reimbursement from the finance department, entering data into the electronic spreadsheet, and issuing a monthly report to senior management; · Monitor expenditures by verifying dates, amounts, and services rendered through invoices; · Control employee transportation and meals by determining the number of vouchers to be issued to each employee, collecting signatures and delivery dates; · Generate reports detailing employee count, new hires and terminations, overtime hours, staff mobilization, expense budgeting, cost justification, and training hours; · Manage the entire onboarding process, including recruitment and selection stages, requesting and submitting documents to HR, scheduling pre-employment medical exams, signing onboarding documents, and immediately forwarding them to HR; · Track and deliver employee benefits; · Distribute pay slips monthly; · Organize and manage vacation records; · Receive and clarify employee inquiries, and refer them to HR as needed; · Manage the entire offboarding process, including authorization, guiding employees on notice period requirements, final settlement approval, and updating employment records; · Archive company documents, keeping them organized; · Comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements communicated as relevant to their area and responsibilities; **EDUCATION:** Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
