Job Summary: Quality Analyst in the Automotive Industry responsible for overseeing IQMS implementation, conducting audits, driving process and product improvements, and addressing issues. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and operation of Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) 2. Conducting internal and external audits (IATF 16949 and VDA) 3. Monitoring improvement projects and risk management An automotive manufacturing company seeks a Quality Analyst based in Resende (Agulhas Negras). **Responsibilities:** Overseeing activities related to the implementation of the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS). Monitoring internal audits, IATF 16949, and VDA audits. Follow-up, feedback, and support for IQMS implementation and certification. Conducting internal and external audits; supporting IQMS implementation; reviewing documentation and preparing periodic reports. Developing training materials; drafting quality procedures and standard operating instructions. Monitoring, controlling, and evaluating improvement projects, 5S program, goal management, and risk management. Mapping processes with critical analysis. Implementing improvements in departments, processes, and/or products. Monitoring process and product quality, generating reports, and addressing deviations. Performing vehicle testing to identify potential assembly or component defects and coordinating corrective actions with the factory. Handling customer-identified issues. Applying corrective and preventive actions in processes. Developing and maintaining quality indicators. Previous experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Quality Auditor, Quality Coordinator, or Quality Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
