**Job Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Schedule:** Availability to work in shifts. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Area of Operation:** Manufacturing * Assist in ensuring that predefined quality control tools—such as work instructions, procedures, references, standards, JES, gauges—are used efficiently; * Be\- flexible and dynamic in addressing quality-related issues comprehensively, even amid increased production demand; * Comply with quality standards and health, safety, and environmental procedures. * Basic knowledge (ISO 9001 or 14001\); * Familiarity with quality tools (5S, PDCA, Declic, Audit Stop, Quality KPIs, SWA, SWK, SPW Procedures/Fundamentals, etc.); * Support leadership and contribute to continuous improvement by proposing suggestions applicable to processes; * Knowledge of internal systems (e.g., Qualif, NEO, SP3, Post it); * Maintain an organized and efficient workplace by applying 5S principles—avoiding waste, organizing, standardizing processes—to ensure final product conformity with Stellantis’ requirements; * Assist with internal and external audit requirements. * Contribute to action plans and support implementation of corrective actions. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed High School education; **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistanceDental assistanceGym allowanceShuttle serviceProfit-sharingPrivate pensionOn-site meals **About the Company** ------------------- **About Stellantis** Stellantis is one of the world’s leading automakers and mobility providers, present on all continents, with manufacturing plants in 30 countries and operations in 150 commercial markets.
