Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing and overseeing cleaning, organization, and maintenance of environments in accordance with established protocols and standards, as well as properly managing supplies and waste. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cleaning and organization of areas according to routine and procedures. 2. Ensure proper use of uniforms, PPEs, materials, and products. 3. Organize the Clean Material Storage (DML) and cleaning supplies, ensuring service continuity. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* * Perform concurrent cleaning in departments according to daily routine and established procedures to ensure proper organization and cleanliness under contract; * Perform bed linen replacement and terminal cleaning in departments according to routine and scheduled timetable, adhering to established standards to maintain proper organization and cleanliness under contract; * Conduct area inspections and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies to preserve environmental conditions and ensure continuous floor-level supply; * Remove waste from departments and rooms per established protocol, transporting it to temporary disposal areas; * Record times of concurrent/terminal cleaning in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and additional information (when required) to track performed activities; * Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products in compliance with standardization, hygiene practices, and supervision by the immediate supervisor and safety regulations as directed by the company; * Organize the Clean Material Storage (DML) and cleaning supplies—including functional carts and/or bins—according to established standardization; * Hand over organized materials (functional cart and bin) and DML per the established POP (Standard Operating Procedure) protocol to the next shift worker, ensuring continuity of service quality; * Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, following occupational safety recommendations as well as manufacturer instructions, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and applicable training. * Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly; * Perform related tasks within one’s competencies upon request by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete elementary school.
