Opportunity for candidates with no prior experience, including training **About the Position** A hardware company located in Curitiba/PR is hiring a Merchandise Replenisher. The professional will be responsible for maintaining product organization and restocking, ensuring the best shopping experience for our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Restock and organize products. * Check product expiration dates, integrity, and correct placement. * Assist in receiving, verifying, and storing merchandise in the warehouse. * Monitor and communicate the need for product restocking. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in sales and warehouse areas. * Label and price products. * Assist customers in locating products when necessary. * Support periodic merchandise inventory. **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Physical ability to handle loads and stand for extended periods. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. * Punctuality and commitment. **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience in merchandise replenishment, warehousing, or customer service in construction, hardware, electrical supplies, or similar retail sectors.
