Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to perform ingredient pre-preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, organize the pantry, and assist in plating dishes at a restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. Restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Curitiba (Batel). **Responsibilities:** Assist in ingredient pre\-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, portioning), prepare sauces and broths, and help cook food as directed by the chef. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment, including tools, equipment, utensils, dishware, and work surfaces. Assist in pantry organization, expiration date verification, food receiving, and storage to prevent waste. Help plate and present dishes according to menu specifications and chef instructions. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, including proper food handling and adequate cleaning. And other duties related to the position. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of these responsibilities. High school diploma required.
