Responsibilities: * Prepare meals according to the day's menu (hot dishes, side dishes, and other buffet items) * Perform food pre-preparation (cutting, cleaning, portioning, and storage) * Assist in recipe development and finalization * Monitor cooking time and food quality standards * Restock food items in the buffet * Ensure proper dish presentation and kitchen area organization * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work area * Wash utensils and equipment used during operations * Comply with hygiene regulations and good food handling practices * Report ingredient restocking needs * Support general kitchen and restaurant routines as needed * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service operations Requirements: * Experience in cooking (especially home-style cuisine) * Efficiency and organizational skills * Punctuality and commitment to scheduled hours * Teamwork orientation Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in pay-by-weight restaurants or buffets * Knowledge of good food handling practices Working Hours: Monday to Saturday – daytime shift Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting from R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
