Aligned with our DNA, we aim to promote a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Nossa Senhora da Glória/SE** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule community meetings and attend them, preparing pre\-defined agendas and understanding the needs expressed by the public; * Schedule community meetings and attend them, preparing pre\-defined agendas and understanding the needs expressed by the public; * Assist with complaints and requests from residents' associations; * Verify applications for inclusion in the social tariff; * Assist in preparing periodic reports on activities performed, maintaining accessible indicators and visibility for the area according to need; * Support events by contributing to logistics before, during, and after, ensuring proper scheduling on event day (e.g., meetings with association presidents, neighborhood visits); * Schedule meetings with residents, schools, and communities as needed, seeking to listen and propose solutions aligned with the company's operations; * Drive company vehicles to perform external tasks, reporting any incidents and ensuring safety, compliance with traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance. * Follow internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Higher education in humanities preferred; * Driver's license category B; * Strong communication skills.
