Senior Analytics Engineer at BairesDev We are looking for an outstanding Senior Analytics Engineer to join BairesDev’s Research and Development (R\&D) team. As an Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering easily consumable analytical data across various internal contexts. Your responsibilities will include: * Building and maintaining enterprise-wide and domain-specific data pipelines. * Assisting in building and maintaining corporate data visualization dashboards. * Understanding business rules that model the business and translating them into code (SQL/Python). * Identifying opportunities to better organize data and information across the organization. * Collaborating with data product managers to create exceptional data products. * Helping foster a data-driven mindset and improving data literacy — be a data evangelist. * As a senior, helping develop other team members’ soft and hard skills. We expect you to have: * 7\+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or other data-related fields. * 5\+ years of experience with SQL. * 2\+ years of experience with Python, R, or another programming language. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships with non-technical users. Desirable: * 1\+ year of experience in Analytics Engineering. * Experience in people analytics, streaming analytics, graph databases, and data visualization tools. * Experience with Apache Spark, Hive and Impala, Hadoop, or other big data technologies.
