Candidate referral for hiring, including sending document checklists, admission medical exam guidelines, and bank account opening letters. Verification of documentation for submission to the HR department. Conducting exit interviews. Preparing and delivering experience evaluation reports to respective managers. Onboarding new employees. Supporting HR management in planning and executing endomarketing initiatives. Communicating with employees regarding announcements, new procedures, and service matters. Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates. Updating spreadsheets tracking selection status and exit interviews. Monitoring workplace gymnastics activities across departments. Previous roles such as Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Development Analyst, or Human Resources Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
