Caluba Sementes is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support kitchen and cafeteria operations, contributing to organization, meal quality, and maintenance of a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for everyone. We seek committed, organized, agile individuals who enjoy working in a team. Main Responsibilities * Assist in meal preparation according to the daily menu; * Organize utensils, equipment, supplies, and work areas before and after meal preparation; * Organize and replenish the buffet during meal hours; * Assist in inventory control, reporting food and material replenishment needs; * Clean and sanitize the kitchen, cafeteria, equipment, utensils, and countertops; * Sort and label waste, maintaining a clean and organized environment; * Properly follow good food handling practices and health surveillance regulations; Requirements * Elementary education; * Organization and attention to hygiene and cleanliness; * Commitment and responsibility toward assigned tasks. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in industrial kitchens, restaurants, or cafeterias; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices.
