Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving Currently, the Freedom Group works on infrastructure projects and owns various equipment, including tractors, motor graders, excavators, front-end loaders, backhoes, rollers, vibratory finishers, asphalt milling machines, asphalt plants, dump trucks, pothole patching units, and others across the state of Santa Catarina. We are seeking a professional responsible for the company's logistics, consolidating information provided by the Engineers in charge of projects, and executing service distribution among supervisors and staff. The candidate must be capable of prioritizing tasks, planning routes to avoid unnecessary expenses, knowing the available equipment to determine optimal allocation, and possessing an overall view of the company to consolidate information and relay it in an organized manner. The candidate must be a team player, communicative, skilled at interacting with staff, capable of resolving problems, and preparing management reports.
