Performance indicator monitoring and continuous improvement **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Manage and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Develop and implement production plans, optimizing resources and processes. * Supervise the production team, promoting necessary training and development. * Manage raw material and supply inventory control, ensuring availability for production. * Monitor production performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Collaborate with other company departments, such as logistics and quality, to ensure operational efficiency. * Participate in budget preparation for the department and monitor production costs. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. * Oversee the entire continuous production line management, including roll-forming machines, saws, injection molding, and packaging. * Other duties related to the area. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in coordinating production teams. * Knowledge of production management and continuous improvement tools. * Skills in production planning and control. * Ability to analyze performance indicators. * Experience with PIR continuous lines and isothermal systems. **Benefits:** No benefits reported
