PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process is intended to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Practical Instructor **EMPLOYMENT MODALITY:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** Hourly basis **Salary:** R$ 26\.35 **Unit:** av cascavelquadra 07 lote 01JARDIM DAS AMERICAS \| Primavera do Leste MT \- 78850000 **Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver's licenses, authorizations, and advanced vehicle operation training; also facilitates students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). Traffic Instructor Course, recognized by the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN). Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: (Diploma or valid Certificate — validity of up to 5 years from the Certificate’s issuance date). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED COURSES:** Courses for Drivers of Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Indivisible Cargo Transport Vehicles, or School Transport Vehicles, issued by institutions accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of the course Diploma/Certificate (within validity period). Valid Driver’s License, Category D or E \- Must hold the license for at least 1 (one) year in said category. Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: Copy of current driver’s license. No serious traffic violations committed within the last 60 (sixty) days, and no prior suspension or revocation of the National Driver’s License (CNH). Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: Copy of the “no record” certificate issued by the State Traffic Department (DETRAN). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience delivering practical instruction for buses and/or trucks and/or tractor-trailers. **VERIFICATION:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration, containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Social Security and Labor Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying performed activities, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
