Job Summary: We are seeking an Installation Assistant for a curtain and blind store, responsible for precise installations and ensuring customer satisfaction in residential and commercial environments. RHF Talentos – Primavera do Leste is selecting an Installation Assistant to work in a store specializing in curtains, blinds, and decorative items. If you have hands-on experience with tools, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Saturday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. **Compensation:** Fixed salary to be negotiated **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) **Key Responsibilities:** * Install curtains, tracks, blinds, and supports in homes and businesses. * Perform precise measurements at sites prior to installations. * Interpret technical specifications, assembly instructions, and measurements provided by production. * Assist in transporting, organizing, and verifying installation materials. * Perform necessary adjustments, alignments, and finishing touches during assembly. * Maintain tools, equipment, and materials used on the job. * Ensure installation quality and customer satisfaction. * Keep the workplace organized and represent the company professionally during external visits. **Requirements:** * Practical skill with tools. * Good sense of measurement, alignment, and ability to read technical instructions. * Ability to interpret technical specifications, orders, and installation guidelines. * Responsibility, organization, and commitment to deadlines and quality. * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and customer service ability. * Driver's license category B is considered a plus (not mandatory). * Prior experience in installations, assembly, carpentry, metalwork, or outdoor services is considered a plus (not mandatory). * Experience installing curtains and blinds is a plus. * Basic knowledge of adjustments, leveling, and use of precision tools is also considered a plus.
