We are looking for someone who is responsible, committed, punctual, possesses strong work ethics, and has flexible availability. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of polymers (PP, HDPE, HIPS). * Understanding of injection molding and blow extrusion. * Ability to interpret technical data sheets and configure process parameters. * Experience in formulation, pigmenting, masterbatch, and additive incorporation. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and accuracy. * Experience with automatic dosing systems. * Familiarity with loss and scrap indicators. * Knowledge of Lean, TPM, and 5S methodologies. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as required. Responsibilities: * Supervise all stages of preparation, mixing, pigmenting, storage, and internal transportation of resins and additives. * Monitor stock levels of raw materials, additives, pigments, and masterbatches. * Plan and signal necessary replenishments to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Monitor, record, and reduce raw material losses across all PPL stages. * Identify root causes of losses and lead corrective action plans. * Support testing of new batches, new specifications, or new suppliers. * Promptly address raw material deviations affecting product quality. * Lead, train, and mentor PPL operators. * Manage shift scheduling, performance, and technical and behavioral development. * Conduct shift routines and coordinate communication with partner departments. * Propose improvements in formulation, dosing, transportation, and grinding. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations for material and equipment handling.
