Additionally, we are committed to sustainable production of mineral fertilizers. The Production and Operations area employs the largest number of colleagues. It covers all operations at a fertilizer manufacturing or blending unit, from raw material handling to final product. **Position Description \| Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Perform truck loading wrapping according to SOP, following step-by-step instructions and ensuring quality of shipped products; * Wrap raw materials stored in the box according to procedure; * Operate big-bag packaging equipment and overhead cranes for big-bag loading, adhering to technical standards and training; * Conduct periodic cleaning of equipment (which may include confined or non-confined spaces), surrounding areas, warehouses, and blending unit platforms, ensuring 5S compliance in all areas; * Perform reprocessing of finished raw materials by cutting bags and big bags and rebuilding pallets to enable raw material reuse; * Ensure tool and equipment preservation and organization, as well as 5S compliance in all areas; * Report area deviations to the immediate supervisor, complying fully with safety, environmental, and quality procedures; * Label fertilizer packaging; * Ensure proper functioning of all production unit equipment, requesting maintenance services when necessary. **Profile \| Education and Knowledge** -------------------------------------- Completed high school education. **Additional Information** -------------------------- At Yara, you will find an environment that values differences and is open to welcoming people of all abilities, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and diverse mindsets.
