Job Summary: Manufacture orthoses and prostheses by operating machines and tools, assembling and packaging components, and assisting in organizing the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Assist with fittings, molds, and deliveries Manufacture orthoses and prostheses according to technical specifications requested by the technical department and component manufacturers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manufacture components for orthoses and prostheses, and supply work cells with components and materials; * Assemble and package components to ensure timely delivery to patients, per production scheduling; * Operate production machines and equipment, and perform tasks using hand tools; * Trace, model, assemble, and finalize components and products from the orthopedic workshop; * Clean, count, and inspect components, products, and parts; * Assist with fittings, molds, measurements, and product deliveries; * Participate in collective cleaning and organization of equipment, tools, and the workplace; * Correctly use PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) and EPCs (Collective Protective Equipment), and identify potential accident hazards within the sector/work cell; * Maintain and ensure proper functioning of equipment and tools; * Ensure quality and presentation of prepared items. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma required; experience in orthotics and prosthetics preferred.
