Job Summary: You will work in Financial Planning, modeling and integrating data, and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decisions. Key Highlights: 1. Integrate data from multiple sources and design tabular models. 2. Create time and complex measure models (e.g., YTD, MTD, rolling windows, cohort, scenario) using advanced DAX. 3. Develop reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making. You will join the Financial Planning team, working on data modeling and integration, developing Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data governance, availability, and performance to support business decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, web, relational databases, and cloud platforms) using advanced SQL and Power Query. * Design tabular models following best practices for relationships, granularity, and dimension/fact tables. * Create time and complex measure models (YTD, MTD, rolling windows, cohort, scenario) using advanced DAX. * Ensure data quality: validations, reconciliations, technical documentation, and data cataloging. * Address business unit requests; gather requirements and translate them into actionable KPIs and metrics. * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models supporting strategic and operational decision-making. * Present analysis results clearly, concisely, and visually appealingly using tools such as Excel, Python, Power BI, etc. * Support financial forecasts and analyses (variance, trend, margin, profitability) in collaboration with the Controller’s Office. * Schedule updates, manage gateways, and govern workspaces. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields. * Mandatory proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI. * Preferred: courses/certifications in Power BI, SQL, dimensional modeling, and basic Python for data. * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data. * Excellent communication skills and ability to guide internal clients. * Ability to interpret and analyze performance indicators. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. * Proactivity and capacity to seek innovative solutions to challenges. * Results-oriented mindset with focus on value creation and scalability. * Experience in BI/Data, specifically with Power BI and SQL. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance or food voucher * Unimed Health Plan * Uniodonto Dental Plan * Health and wellness programs * Wellhub/Gympass * Pluxee Cuida (legal, financial, and social support) * Pharmacy partnership * Life insurance * Annual Profit Sharing (PLR).
