Requires a proactive mindset and positive attitude toward daily challenges We are looking for a Logistics Operations Assistant to join our team providing services to **MERCADO LIVRE** in **GASPAR** (with real potential for direct hiring by Mercado Livre). This is a dynamic role requiring commitment, agility, and strong teamwork skills. You will be essential in ensuring our shipping processes are efficient and all deadlines are met. **Your responsibilities include:** * Receiving, sorting, preparing, and dispatching orders at the distribution center; * Actively participating in safety culture by attending meetings, trainings, and following safety regulations. * We highly value agility and adaptability, so it is essential that you possess a proactive mindset and a positive attitude to face daily challenges. Additionally, this role requires standing for extended periods; therefore, good physical stamina and readiness for a fast-paced environment are important.
