WhatsApp messages are sent **after the initial screening**, if you advance and speak with a recruiter; however, primary communication remains via email. **Please monitor your inbox and spam folder!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct procurement processes for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials and services (e.g., building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, PPEs, operational supplies, recurring contracts). Perform quotations, comparative analyses, and commercial negotiations. Seek cost optimization (reduction, avoidance, and standardization). Support contractual negotiations with the Legal Department, where applicable. Qualify, evaluate, and develop suppliers in the portfolio. Monitor performance (SLA, quality, deadlines, cost). Address deviations and non-conformities. Maintain active relationships with strategic suppliers. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval limits, and internal controls. Drive continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes. Support contract reviews, renewals, and renegotiations. Ensure accurate systemic recordkeeping (requests, purchase orders, contracts). Collaborate with requesting departments (Infrastructure, Facilities, IT, Logistics, Operations). Provide technical support to departments in defining scope and specifications. Serve as the focal point for the MRO portfolio. Track procurement KPIs (savings, lead time, volume, savings). Support preparation of managerial and executive reports. Contribute data for audits and internal controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields). Experience in MRO procurement. Experience in commercial and contractual negotiations. Knowledge of supplier management. Familiarity with ERP / procurement systems.
