Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products in the Refrigerated Department, ensuring product integrity and presentation of the full product mix while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Ensures organization and cleanliness of the department and equipment. About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves and islands within the Refrigerated Department; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets by restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves and islands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction by appropriately storing products on shelves and islands, in warehouses, refrigerated chambers, and frozen chambers; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleanliness of the department; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation system; and adhering to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety regulations, and pre-established standards; Monitor and maintain standard temperature in the frozen chamber, following established rules and standards, performing daily monitoring and recordkeeping; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products or those with inadequate quality or appearance, sending them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns/exchanges; Ensure and maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, as well as requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Up-to-date vaccination card **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
