Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products in a specific department, ensuring product integrity and optimal presentation to customers. Key Highlights: 1. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on FLV department shelves and islands; ensuring correct pricing; and complying with procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves and islands; applying correct pricing; and complying with procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction by properly storing products on shelves and islands, in warehouses, and in cold chambers; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleanliness of the department; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principle; and complying with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre\-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products and those with inadequate quality or appearance, sending them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
